Terms of Use

Last updated: September 2026

This is a translation of our Portuguese Terms. In case of any discrepancy, the Portuguese version prevails.

1. Who we are and what the service is

Ranqueia (ranqueia.com) is a GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) platform operated by RANQUEIA LTDA, Brazilian company registration (CNPJ) 68.543.951/0001-40, headquartered at Rua Koesa, 218, sala 1004, Kobrasol, São José/SC, Brazil, ZIP 88102-310. The service includes: monitoring your brand's visibility in artificial intelligence tools (such as ChatGPT, Gemini and Perplexity), AI-optimized content generation with publishing to your blog, performance reports, the Google Business Profile add-on and integrations with third-party services (Google Business Profile, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, WordPress and Wix).

By creating an account, you declare that you are 18 years of age or older and authorized to contract on behalf of the registered business. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, govern the use of the platform.

2. What the service does not guarantee (results)

The positioning of brands in AI tools and search engines depends on third-party algorithms, which change without notice and over which Ranqueia has no control. We apply GEO best practices and continuous technical effort, but we do not guarantee:

  • That your brand will be mentioned, recommended or positioned in any AI tool or search engine;
  • Timeframe or volume of results, traffic, leads, sales or revenue;
  • Stability of metrics over time.

Reports reflect samples at the time of collection: AI tool answers vary between runs, accounts, regions and model versions. Differences between a report and what you observe on your own are expected and do not constitute a defect of the service.

3. AI-generated content

  • Articles and texts are produced by AI models from the information you enter on the platform (segment, services, differentiators, locations, audience, tone of voice and the "Notes / content rules" field).
  • AI-generated content may contain inaccuracies. It is your responsibility to review published content — especially in regulated areas (health, law, finance) — and to keep up to date the rules of your business that the content must follow.
  • Automatic publishing ("publish directly to the blog") happens under your authorization and responsibility. You can switch to draft mode (manual review before publishing) at any time. The same applies to Google Business Profile posts and review replies (section 5).
  • You guarantee that the information provided is true and that you hold the necessary rights to the materials you upload (brand, texts, image bank photos, etc.).

Ownership: the articles generated and delivered to your account belong to you, for free use in your business. The platform, software, prompts, workflows and methodology of Ranqueia remain Ranqueia's exclusive property. Content published on the Ranqueia blog (ranqueia.com) is published under your license and may remain online after the subscription ends, unless you request removal.

4. Integrations and access to your site

By connecting your WordPress or Wix, you authorize Ranqueia to:

  • Validate the connection with the credentials you provide;
  • Install and configure SEO plugins (for example, Rank Math) on your WordPress;
  • Publish and update posts, featured images and SEO metadata.

In the Google integrations, you authorize us to:

  • Google Analytics: read your site's traffic metrics, read-only;
  • Google Business Profile: read the profile, metrics, keywords, posts and reviews, and publish on your behalf as described in section 5;
  • Google Search Console: create and verify your blog property in Ranqueia's Google account (a verification tag is placed on the blog for this), submit the sitemap and read the indexing status and top searches. When your account is deleted, we remove the property from our account and relinquish the verification.

Integrations can be revoked at any time: by disconnecting on the platform, changing the credentials or removing Ranqueia's access in your Google account. To have the Search Console property removed earlier, write to suporte@ranqueia.com.

Ranqueia acts only within the actions listed above. We are not responsible for unavailability of your site, theme or plugin conflicts, hosting settings or changes made by third parties in your environment.

5. Google Business Profile add-on

The add-on is purchased separately, as an item of your subscription. By purchasing it and connecting the profile, you authorize Ranqueia to, on your behalf:

  • Publish posts on the profile, at the add-on's frequency (the first shortly after connecting);
  • Write replies to reviews with AI. By default they stay as drafts for you to review and publish; if you turn on automatic publishing, they go live without review, under your responsibility. Only reviews made after the connection are included;
  • Change the profile (categories, services, description, website, phone and hours) when you submit the change through the platform;
  • Subscribe your account to receive Google's notifications about new reviews.

A reply to a review is public and speaks for your business. Generated replies avoid repeating health information or details the person did not write, but it is up to you to ensure that what is published complies with the rules of your profession (for example, health ethics codes) and the reviewer's privacy.

There are usage limits: one profile analysis at connection, one reply per review and a monthly cap on posts and automatic replies. When you cancel the add-on or the subscription, Ranqueia stops reading, generating and publishing on your profile; what was already published remains on Google, under your control.

6. Plans, pricing and payment

  • The subscription is monthly or yearly, processed by Stripe. The price is shown at checkout — in Brazilian reais (BRL) for Brazil and US dollars (USD) abroad. The yearly plan is charged at once, with a 20% discount on the value of 12 months.
  • 7-day free trial: your card is registered when you subscribe, with no immediate charge. The first charge happens automatically at the end of the 7-day trial, and renewal is automatic every cycle (monthly or yearly), until you cancel.
  • Coupons and promotions have their own rules (period, number of uses, eligible plans), stated in the offer. They cannot be combined or exchanged for cash.
  • Each plan's limits (articles per month, monitored queries, tracked AI tools) are those described on the plans page in effect at the time of purchase.

We may update prices and plans. Price changes are announced at least 30 days in advance and apply from the following cycle — you may cancel before renewal at no additional cost.

7. Cancellation, withdrawal and refunds

  • How to cancel: directly in the dashboard (Settings → Plans) or through support, at any time and with no penalty. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the cycle already paid — you keep access until then. There is no prorated refund for a period already started.
  • Right of withdrawal (Brazilian Consumer Code, art. 49): within 7 calendar days of the first charge, you may withdraw from the contract with a full refund, through the same payment method.
  • After cancellation: your account remains accessible for 30 days, exclusively to export your content and data (if you cancel during the free trial, access lasts until the trial ends). Data is automatically deleted within 90 days of cancellation, as described in the Privacy Policy.

What happens to the articles already produced:

  • If the content was published on your own site/hosting (WordPress, Wix or another blog of yours): the articles stay with you, on your site, as usual. Nothing is removed by Ranqueia after cancellation.
  • If the content is hosted by Ranqueia (Ranqueia blog) or you want to keep your own copy: you must download the articles before deletion, using the "Export content" button on the dashboard's Content tab, which downloads all texts in a single file.
  • The deadline for this export is 30 (thirty) days from cancellation. After that, access to the dashboard ends; data is deleted within 90 days of cancellation and the articles can no longer be recovered.
  • Articles published on the Ranqueia blog may remain online after cancellation, unless you request removal — which does not replace the export, if you want to keep the files.

8. Non-payment and suspension

If a charge fails, Stripe will retry automatically. If the failure persists, access to the platform is suspended until payment is settled. After a prolonged period of non-payment, the subscription is terminated and the data retention and deletion schedule of the Privacy Policy applies.

Ranqueia may also suspend or terminate accounts in case of violation of these Terms, fraud, false information or abusive use of the platform (including a manifestly abnormal volume of requests or attempts to circumvent technical limits).

9. Acceptable use

You may not use the platform to:

  • Produce or disseminate content that is illegal, misleading, defamatory or that infringes third-party rights (including trademarks and copyrights);
  • Provide false information about the registered business;
  • Resell, sublicense or make the service available to third parties without authorization;
  • Reverse engineer, scrape data or use the platform's outputs to develop a competing product;
  • Circumvent security mechanisms, usage limits or billing systems.

10. Support and assisted onboarding

The initial setup of your account may be carried out by our team together with you, at a scheduled time. For that — and to provide support in general — authorized team members may access your account and act on your behalf inside the platform, as described in the "Access to your account for support and administration" section of the Privacy Policy. This access is an operational condition of the service, carried out under a duty of confidentiality and logged: who entered, when, until when and what they changed.

11. Service availability

We work to keep high availability, but the service is provided "as is", without a formal SLA, and depends on third-party providers (cloud infrastructure, AI models, Google APIs, Stripe, among others). Scheduled maintenance, occasional instability or behavior changes in third-party platforms do not entitle you to credits, discounts or compensation.

12. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ranqueia's total liability for any damages related to the service is limited to the amount actually paid by you in the 12 (twelve) months preceding the event that gave rise to the claim.

Ranqueia is not liable for lost profits, loss of revenue or opportunity, indirect damages, or business decisions made based on reports, metrics or content generated by the platform.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liabilities that Brazilian law does not allow to be excluded or limited.

13. Privacy and data protection

The processing of personal data is governed by the Privacy Policy, which is an integral part of these Terms and complies with Brazil's LGPD (Law 13.709/2018).

Data we process on your behalf:

To provide the service, Ranqueia processes data of people who deal with your business — people who reviewed your Google profile, visitors to your blog, people shown in the photos and documents you upload. For this data, you are the controller and Ranqueia is the processor (LGPD, art. 39). As processor, Ranqueia undertakes to:

  • process this data only to provide the contracted service, according to the settings you choose on the platform;
  • use only the sub-processors listed in the Privacy Policy, under data protection obligations;
  • maintain the security measures described in the Policy and notify you without delay of any incident involving this data;
  • help you handle requests from data subjects;
  • delete this data at the end of the contract, within the Policy's timeframes, except what the law requires us to keep.

It is up to you to have a legal basis for this processing and to inform your customers about it (for example, in your own privacy policy), and to have the permission of the people shown in the materials you upload.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Relevant changes will be announced by email or a notice in the dashboard, with reasonable advance notice. Continued use of the platform after the changes take effect constitutes acceptance; if you disagree, you may cancel the subscription before renewal.

15. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Brazilian law. The courts of São José/SC, Brazil are elected as the venue, except for the consumer's domicile where applicable by law.
